This study was open to all SME business’s throughout the UK, for our company to have been selected exemplifies the highest levels of our commitment to H&S In February 2017 we invited HSENI into our offices for a review meeting, HSE representative left us some reading & commented “You guys are excellent, you have everything & more in place & there is nothing I can actually help you with”

All our staff have been inducted into company using our specifically designed company induction manual detailing ISO 9001 14001 18001 H&S, Quality Environmental & OHSAS policy’s. Staff are then given safety manual, on reading & learning Operatives must complete & pass examination to determine a full understanding. Within first 6 months Operatives must take & pass IOSH Cleaning Window’s safely practical & written exams. (All our staff currently hold)

We have our own in-house QHSE Manager working to our OHAS 18001 & assisted by consultancy company HS Direct & Willis LTD We comply & keep up to date with all HSE & Environment legislations, through HSE weekly e-bulletins, federation, HS direct & ROSPA bulletin’s & magazines. H&S is an integral part of our quarterly meetings with full company participation. Each meeting we identify a training programme & or use a relevant HSE Toolbox talk to continually revise & increase safety awareness. Our QHSE also carries out periodical Behavioural audits, with all staff on site.

We are proud to have provided consultancy services to Queens University. Willis Employment Services provide us with Human Resource consultancy along with writing & implementing Employee Hand Books.
